It's something I hate to admit but should out of decency

Yes, it helps to create
Yes, there's a desire to satiate

The two go hand in hand
There's only so much a man can stand

If I must do the time
I might as well enjoy the crime

Diary Note

 My fears are not in my mind, my mind is a slave to my fears. I feel the rebound of my Spiritual highs, this feels like one, the lack of ethanol and caffeine dragging my psyche down.
